Festive Season Deliveries:

As you may know this is a extremely busy period especially for couriers therefore delays can occur. We usually process your order the same day or the following and book the courier to come and collect.

Once the parcel is not in our hands anymore we don’t have any control on how quickly will arrive at destination and we cannot speed things up as couriers are independent companies. Please consider that your parcel may get delayed while in transit and it may not arrive in time.

Also please note that the warehouse will be operating at alternate days and hours during the Christmas holidays therefore delays may occur and we won’t be able to dispatch your order immediately.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We use Shippit, a shipment solution provider that allow us to manage our consignments through multiple shipper and couriers. We may send your order by using one of the following carriers:

  • Courier Please
  • TNT
  • Aramex
  • Allied Express

For this reason we need you to provide the following information. Please note that we cannot send items to PO BOX or Parcel Collect addresses. It is ideal to send your order to a business or to your office address as usually couriers deliver during working hours from Monday to Friday or to mark Authority To Leave in the notes at checkout so the courier will leave your order in a safe place that you prefer in your home address.

By providing this information, you will receive an email and/or a sms from Shippit informing you about your delivery and a tracking number.

If you really want us to deliver your order through Australia Post to a PO Box or Parcel Collect address please notify us by adding a note on your order. We will then take your order to the closest post office and send it to you. A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier.

Please note that orders placed after 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day. If you have not received your order within 7-10 business days of its dispatch from Designcasa, please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are currently working on ways of sharing our online shopping experience with our international friends, but in the meantime if you are somewhere other than Australia and find something you must have in our online shop, please contact us via email at info@designcasa.com.au to discuss shipping options and availability.

Larger items, particularly fragile or bulky items may incur significant freight costs, but soft furnishings, rugs and smaller items should not pose a problem.
